These are LITTERALLY the BEST Gluten Free Brownies Ever.
There's a heated debate in the world regarding how brownies should be. Cakey vs Fudgy. I may offend a whole group of people here when I say... if your brownie is cakey, it's not a brownie! It's cake!! If it's not obvious already, I clearly have strong feelings about how I like my brownies.
Needless to say, my Gluten Free Brownies are the fudgiest brownies ever so if that's not your thing maybe I'll work on a cakey version for my other friends at a later date.
Wholesome Ingredients and {accidently} Gluten Free
While I'm not personally gluten free, I'm happy to accommodate for my gluten free friends! My goal always is to include the most whole food ingredients without sacrificing taste.
In my attempt to make the yummiest, fudgiest brownies with no oil or butter, I accidently made these Gluten Free! You'll be able to fool anyone into thinking otherwise. I served these to my extended family for Easter and no one suspected a thing.
These brownies are not sugar free. They do have better for you ingredients than your typical brownie recipe, however they are still an indulgent treat. So enjoy them! But maybe also share some with people that you love!
How to make the BEST Gluten Free Brownies
Making these brownies is super simple and they come together in just a few steps.
Whisk together your dry ingredients.
Melt your wet ingredients together till smooth.
Mix together & bake!! Let them cool completely before cutting into them (if you can resist!)
Try it out! Grab some ice cold, plant-based milk (believe me, you'll want it after one of these fudgy brownies) and dig in!
