Dry Ingredients

powdered peanut butter

oat flour (gluten free)

finely sifted almond flour

Wet Ingredients

maple syrup

vanilla extract

vegan chocolate chunks

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl whisk together all dry ingredients.
Stir wet ingredients into dry until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chunks.
Roll cookies into 8 balls and place onto lined cookie sheet. Use the back of a fork to flatten cookies and make a criss cross pattern.
Bake 9-11 minutes, allow to cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes, prior to moving to a wire cooling rack.

- After fully cooled, store in a sealed container on the counter for up to 7 days.
