Creamy Vegan Dill Salad Dressing

Vegan creamy dill dressing is simple, oil & nut free! Smooth, dilly and slightly tangy, prefect for salads, wraps and snacks!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ block extra firm silken tofu about 168g shelf stable variety like, Mori-Nu
  • ¼ cup hemp hearts
  • ½ lemon, juiced about 2 tablespoons of juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth and creamy, stopping to push down sides if needed.

Notes

Servings- recipe makes about 1.5 cups total. 3 tablespoons = 1 serving
Store prepared dressing in a container in the fridge for up to 7 days!
