Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup soy milk

Instructions
 

  • Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Freeze: Pour mixture into a ninja creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • First spin: Let your frozen pint sit out for 10–15 minutes. If the ice cream formed a bump in the middle, do you best to smooth it out before processing. Spin on the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  • Re-spin: If the ice cream is a little powdery after the first spin add 2-3 tablespoon of plant-based milk, flatten out the top and process again on the re-spin setting.
  • Enjoy! The ice cream should be ready to eat from here!

Notes

RECIPE NOTES:
🍌 All the sweetness comes from the banana in this recipe. Taste your mixture after blending and blend in a little maple syrup or a couple dates to increase the sweetness to your taste, if needed.
