Ingredients

cup
cold brew coffee
1-2
pitted Medjool Dates
¼
cup
soy milk
(or choice of plant-based milk)

cup
frozen riced cauliflower
½-1
scoop
vanilla plant based protein
(optional)
Instructions
Add all ingredient to a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour it into a glass, grab a straw and enjoy!
Notes
Tips to take this to a whole other level!
Freeze half of your cold brew into ice cubes for extra frostiness.
Add a hit of your favorite flavored coffee syrups or a different flavor protein powder to switch up the flavor.
Add 1-2 tablespoon of vegan chocolate chips after blended. Give a quick blend to just chop them up for a Java Chip Frappuccino!
