Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1-2 pitted Medjool Dates
  • ¼ cup soy milk (or choice of plant-based milk)
  • ¾ cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • ½-1 scoop vanilla plant based protein (I love EarthChimp)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredient to a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Pour it into a glass, grab a straw and enjoy!

Notes

Tips to take this to a whole other level! 
  1. Freeze half of your cold brew into ice cubes for extra frostiness.
  2. Add a hit of your favorite flavored coffee syrups or a different flavor protein powder to switch up the flavor.
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoon of vegan chocolate chips after blended. Give a quick blend to just chop them up for a Java Chip Frappuccino!
