Why You’ll Love This Healthy Coffee Frappuccino
- Hidden Veggie Power – Frozen riced cauliflower adds a thick, frosty texture (like ice cream!) with no veggie taste. Trust me—you won’t even know it’s there.
- Naturally Sweetened – Medjool dates give the perfect amount of sweetness without refined sugar.
- Protein Boost (Optional) – Add a scoop of your favorite vanilla plant-based protein for a satisfying, high-protein pick-me-up.
- Dairy-Free & Vegan – Made with soy milk or your plant milk of choice for a creamy, cruelty-free treat.
- 5-Minute Blender Magic – Just toss everything in and blend away.
5 Simple Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew coffee – Chill your favorite brew ahead of time (or use store bought) for the best flavor. My favorite tool to make cold brew at home is this Cold Brew Filter Kit!
- 1–2 pitted Medjool dates – Start with one if you like it less sweet!
- ¼ cup soy milk – Or use almond, oat, or any other plant-based milk you love.
- ¾ cup frozen riced cauliflower – The secret ingredient for thickness and creaminess.
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein (optional) – For an extra protein punch and a hint of vanilla flavor.

Tips for the best Homemade Frappuccino
Customize the flavor – Switch up the protein flavor, add cinnamon, cocoa powder, or a splash of vanilla extract to make it your own.
No cold brew? Brew a strong cup of coffee and chill it in the fridge before blending. If you want to make your own cold brew at home, this is the filter kit that I use and love!
Want it thicker? Add a few ice cubes, more frozen cauliflower or freeze your coffee into cubes beforehand.
The Verdict: Cauliflower in Coffee = Genius
You don’t need to sacrifice flavor for health—this frappuccino is proof. It’s rich, creamy, and shockingly good… even with cauliflower in it! Whether you're sneaking in more veggies or just want a healthier iced coffee fix, this recipe is one to sip on repeat.
