You're going to want to put this zesty dressing on literally everything! Grab these ingredients and a bowl and you'll be on your way to a classic Caesar salad in no time!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon capers chopped small
  • 1 tablespoon caper juice
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼-½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth and completely combined.

Notes

Note- A classic Caesar Dressing is usually on the salty side. Make sure you taste at the end and add more salt to your desired saltiness level!
