vegan, 4 ingredients & 2 minutes
Greetings fellow guac lovers!
This creamy guacamole is perfect for those lazy days. You know the ones. You want a snack, you want something creamy and delicious for your taco but you just don't feel like putting out any effort. You are my people and this is for you.
Only 2 minutes and 4 ingredients and you'll feel like you just whipped up some fancy restaurant quality guac.
Fire Roasted Chiles?
I like to use Dos Hermanos brand, Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles, but plain old Diced Green Chiles will also work if you can't find fire roasted. Plus they add a depth and umami to your guac with basically no effort.
This recipe makes just enough for two people or one guac-obsessed person. Feel free to multiply the recipe!
Use to top off your tacos, bowls, salads, chips or these delicious Air Fried Black Bean Taquitos. Honestly, you just can't go wrong!
